By accessing or using ChairLeaf Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all subscribers, users, and anyone who accesses ChairLeaf Pro in any capacity.

ChairLeaf Pro is a subscription software tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised patient education documents for dental and oral health clinicians. The Service allows clinicians to input clinical findings and generate plain-language home care documents for patients.
ChairLeaf Pro is intended as a clinical communication aid only. Documents generated by ChairLeaf Pro are suggestions based on the information you provide. They do not constitute medical or dental advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Clinical judgement always rests with the qualified clinician.

The Service is currently only available to subscribers in the United States and Canada.
ChairLeaf Pro is offered on a subscription basis. Current plan pricing is displayed on our pricing page. Prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. No credit card is required to begin the trial. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will begin and you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial expires.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@chairleaf.pro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. For annual subscriptions, if you choose to cancel within 30 days of your annual renewal date, we will refund a pro-rata amount for the unused months remaining in your billing year. Contact us at legal@chairleaf.pro to request a pro-rata refund.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase via email to your registered address. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You agree to use ChairLeaf Pro only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:
Important: ChairLeaf Pro generates documents based solely on the information you enter. The accuracy, appropriateness, and clinical suitability of every document is entirely your professional responsibility. ChairLeaf Pro does not review, verify, or validate the clinical information you provide. Always review generated documents before giving them to a patient. Do not rely on ChairLeaf Pro as a substitute for clinical judgement, professional training, or applicable practice standards.
ChairLeaf Pro is not a registered medical device in any jurisdiction. It is a communication and documentation aid/tool only.
The ChairLeaf Pro platform, brand, design, code, and all content we create is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of ChairLeaf Pro without our written permission.
Documents generated by ChairLeaf Pro using your clinical inputs are yours. We make no claim over the content of documents you generate for your patients.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using ChairLeaf Pro, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ChairLeaf Pro complies with applicable privacy and health data laws in your jurisdiction, including any obligations you have to patients regarding their health information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChairLeaf Pro and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any clinical decisions you make based on documents generated by ChairLeaf Pro.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a way that could harm patients or the reputation of ChairLeaf Pro. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and emailing us to request account deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts within this jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
